Setup: open Install/Update on iPhone, allow Health sharing when prompted, then run once.

If iCloud install opens a generic shortcut, use Personalized Install (No Paste) to get a tenant-scoped shortcut with endpoint/token prefilled.

Historical bootstrap: export `export.xml` from iPhone Health and import once. Large files upload in chunks and process on server. Daily shortcut continues after bootstrap.

Set Daily Auto-Run (iPhone, midnight)

On iPhone open Shortcuts and confirm this shortcut runs successfully once.
Go to Automation, tap +, then Create Personal Automation.
Choose Time of Day, set 12:05 AM, choose Daily, then tap Next.
Select Run Shortcut and choose the shortcut name shown above.
Turn Run Immediately on, turn Notify When Run off, then tap Done.

Website Login Quick Save

Stores an encrypted browser account connection for a persistent website session (`website_login` category). The HUD should use the live browser session first and only fall back to login when needed.

After save, the HUD will try the login in the tenant browser. If the site asks for MFA, a code box will appear on the connected-site card below so you can continue without leaving Settings.
